1. Warranty Duration
- Amplifiers: 12 Months Manufacturing Warranty
- Speakers & Drivers: 6–12 Months (depending on model)
- Microphones & Accessories: 6 Months
- Megaphones / Portable Systems: 6 Months
Warranty term may vary if mentioned differently on invoice.
2. What Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failure under normal use
- Internal circuitry malfunction
3. Not Covered Under Warranty
- Physical damage, dents, burns or broken parts
- Improper installation
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Electrical surge, overload, or short circuit
- Tampering, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Damage during transportation after delivery
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Step 1 — Provide:
- Invoice copy
- Product serial number
- Issue details or video proof (if required)
- Step 2 — Ship or submit the product to our service location.
- Step 3 — Our technical team will inspect and repair/replace as applicable.
5. Turnaround Time
Warranty processing typically takes 7–21 working days, depending on product and issue severity.
6. Important Notes
- Replacement is only provided if repair is not possible.
- Warranty applies only to original purchaser.
- No onsite service is included unless specified.
